Tuition: a sliding scale of $3,953 - $2,624 is offered.

Lodging (includes room and meals for all 3 retreats):

  • CL09 East - Double $1,272, Single $1,782. All rooms have private baths and individual temperature control. $250 early bird discount was available if you paid your full lodging fee (for all 3 retreats) by Nov 11, 2008. (We regret this is no longer available)
  • CL09 West - Double $1,130; Single $1,230.  All rooms have a shared bath.  $250 early bird discount available if you pay your full lodging fee (for all 3 retreats) by Nov 28, 2008

Total Cost is tuition plus lodging:

  • CL09 East example: tuition plus double lodging ranges from $5,225 to $3,896
  • CL09 West example: tuition plus single lodging ranges from $5,183 to $3,854

 

  • If you cancel on or before the below stated cancellation dates, your payments will be refunded minus a $100 US processing fee.
  •  
    • CL09 EAST cancellation date is December 18, 2008
    • CL09 WEST cancellation date December 5, 2008
  • If you cancel after the above stated cancellation dates, your payments will be refunded minus the $100 US processing fee and any other additional costs we are not able to recover, such as nonrefundable payments made to the venue for your room.
  • If we cancel the training you will get a full refund.


Money: To support the sustainability of the training, we would like people to contribute the greatest amount they can give willingly within the sliding scale. Additional contributions are welcome and subsidize scholarship and the staff. We do not want anyone to be turned away because of a lack of funds, and have developed some support for your finding resources. Some work exchange opportunities and payment plans or combinations of these may be possible based on need. For requests for work exchange and/or payment plans to be considered, please submit your registration by Oct 28, 2008 for CL09 EAST and by Nov 14, 2008 for CL09 WEST.  For more information, please contact our organizers.
 
Free Fundraising Teleonference Support Group:  If you're wanting to participate in the Compassionate Leadership (CL) program and feeling concerned about finances, we're offering FREE Fundraising Telelconference Support Calls.  The purpose of the calls is to facilitate the transformation of consciousness about money.  Calls will be facilitated by one of the CL team and will include guided visualization, support, empathy and the generation of creative ideas around fundraising.  These sessions are also a great opportunity to experience how leadership pods work in the CL program, to build community and to connect with and support other NVCers!  To partcipate please contact Anne Walton; annewalton@verizon.net or call +1.805.687.6961
