In Compassionate Leadership 2009 participants will have opportunities to:

  • Have the opportunity to be video-taped presenting to the group
  • Explore NVC Dance Floors
  • Build resources and presence during conflict using mediation skills

Program includes:

  • three 5-day retreats
  • workbook materials and hand-outs
  • bi-weekly group teleconference with a trainer
  • bi-weekly activity group (leadership pods)
  • weekly phone sessions with empathy buddy
  • six individual telephone mentoring sessions with a trainer


Compassionate Leadership 2009 EAST retreats in Atlanta, GA:

February 19 - 24, June 18 - 23, and October 15 - 20, 2009 at The Lodge at Simpsonwood


Compassionate Leadership 2009 WEST retreats in Albuquerque, NM:

February 5-10, June 25 - 30, and October 29 - November 3 at the Spiritual Renewal Center


Schedule: Retreats begin at 4 PM on Thursdays and continue until 1 PM on Tuesday (followed by included optional lunch).


Who: Those with experience using and sharing NVC who are interested in personal, relational, and organizational systemic development. Each training (EAST and WEST) will be limited to 40 participants. We prefer that applicants have 30 hours of previous training with an NVC trainer or have agreement of this training team. We invite you to join us.
